Update on Lauren

Our little Lauren is now 10 months old! I really cannot believe how fast the time has gone.  She is doing very well and impressed her Ama & Papa this past weekend when they were here for Thanksgiving.  She is squealing with delight (or to get attention), and then claps her hands when you look at her. Her latest trick is that she scoots forward on her bottom when she sits up!  It is so funny, and every time she moves just a little bit and then claps her hands and gives a big smile.  She isn't crawling, but maybe this will be her mode of transportation.  We thought she might be getting in some teeth about a week ago as she was very fussy, but she is still all gums & no teeth.   She is also trying to figure out some of the D&W's old toys.  She really likes the "gumball" toy where you put the balls in the top and press a button to let them out.  Oh, and she also loves to eat her baby food and she just figured out how to pick up the little puffs and get them into her mouth.  Here's a little picture of her from our morning walk today:
