Cabaniss Family Blog: Lauren 4months and other big happenings

Hi All,
Sorry I haven't blogged in a month! Things are going well here. Lauren had her 4 mo check up last week. She was 11lbs 8oz and 23 in long (75% for both adjusted). She is doing very well and the dr. was pleased with everything. She is doing some developmental things more than her adjusted age which is good. (they assess her like a 2mo old). She loves to look at faces, and smiles very big whenever she sees her dad, brothers, or me. She also likes to "talk"--says "goo" and "a-goo" a lot :) She is sleeping ok at night--for a week she was only getting up 1x/night to eat, but the past few nights she has gotten up 2x. Her reflux really bothers her when she lays down flat, so she pretty much always sleeps in her swing seat (THANK YOU to Mike & Elizabeth!). But other than that she is a happy and cute baby. The other big news we have is that we sold our house and we are moving in a week and a half!! We are very excited, we found a bigger house in the neighborhood across the street from us (less than 1/2mile away). We will have lots more room to spread out and grow into! So this past month and a half we've been showing our house and finally we found some buyers and are ready to move! I'll be sure to send out our new address soon :)

Drew & Will are doing great. They are in a soccer class 1/wk and they are really liking it. Drew took a while to get into it (finally participated in it the 4th week)-but it is great, they are kicking the ball, doing little drills and games, it is really cute. And pretty chaotic to see a bunch of 2 1/2yr -4 1/2 yr olds running around. Here are a few shots from their class.
